Listing templates in source code

Wasnt there a way of listing inside the source code, what template calls what ?

We have shifted servers, and we have a icon referencing our old server but I am buggered if i can find where it is being called from.

Add template name in html comments or something?

vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes
