Is there a way in the Google Adsense manager, to set it to image only function?

Or do you have to do it all manual?

You need to do that from your adsense account, not your vbulletin options,

Log into your adsense account and go to AdSense Setup > Manage Adds >

find your add on the list and go to edit add settings, and change the format option to "image adds only"
