Allowing specific members in a 'Paid Membership' section?
So basically I had an 'Elite Section' where if you had over 500 posts you would be upgraded to a new usergroup and this usergroup had access to the elite section. I now have changed it to a 'Premium Section' where you can only access it by paying the yearly or lifetime fee. However, it's unfair to ask the members who were allowed access before to pay to enter the section and get a whole new usergroup so how can I allow specific members into the section whilst keeping the subscription service active?

I'm sure someone here can answer me.

Your only talking about 500 posts, so its not going to be "that" many people.
How about manually adding them to paid membership group? You can go into the paid subscription manager, and manually add members. Just do that for the people you want to grant access to. |
Still 66 members but thanks for your reply. I guess I'll start now :/

Why not use 2 usergroups that have permission to enter that forum? 1 for subscriptions, and the other for the old members who should have access without paying.

Because they are already in usergroups that I don't want them to leave. It's ok, I have added them all now :)
