Style Developer Kit (PSDs)? How-To Resource?

Is there a developer kit for VB4 yet? Similar to VB3, where members could download layered PSD files for all the graphics? Will there be one? Is there a resource for style development anywhere? That is, how to properly create a style and package it for deployment (not just copying a style and modifying settings in the CP, but actually creating a style you can export/import to another board)?
