Mail and new members
 

I need to set this up sp that when soneone registers, before they can post they will receive letter from me saying thanks for registering. Then I would like to ask a few anti spam questions and then if they pass, they get admitted. Any ideas on the configuration to set this up with the host server as well as on vbulletin. thanks

There is a question and answer feature built into vbulletin, but it works when they register, not through the email

Admin control panel - left column - vbulletin options - still in the left column - human verification options.
