How do I customize user profile privacy settings?
 

Hello I was wondering if someone could help me figure out a way to customize the user profile privacy settings?

Basically I want to create a site where people can only see albums of people they are friends with, so I don't want them to be able to edit their privacy setting (the "Edit Privacy" link under "My Settings" in user profile) to change their albums to be able to be viewed by the public etc.

I know in the User Options, I can disable user's ability to edit the setting (it removes the "Edit Privacy" from the profile), however is there a way i can customize this setting first and then remove it? It seems like you can remove the option, but then it just goes to a default. Can we edit this default somewhere?
