Reloading SQL Table Usergroup
 
Hi all,

'Slight' problem occurred lately for yet unknown reasons: all values in my SQL Table 'Usergroup' vanished. This means I cannot log into my board - in fact, no one can.

How can I reload these values or

How can I regain access to my admincp to perform a repair action, if that would solve the problem?

Obviously, if anyone could give me some pointers asap - appreciated!
