Is there a mod for this?
 

Alright, so here is what I need.

I'll have a board titled, "Reviews", and when a users posts in there, it will need to get approved first, obviously. Once approved, this mod will send that post to a php page somewhere else on my website, and will display users comments below it, and possibly along with the topic rating.

Or even better,
I'll have a category "Reviews" with a few boards inside it named NES, SNES, N64, ect...
And depending on what board they post it, is that directory it gets put into on the website.

So does something like this exist?

I've not seen a mod like that. Seems you want to display a thread on another page on your site. I'm not sure how you plan to decide where else on your site each of these reviews is going to appear.
