Update v4.0.0 to v4.0.2

Well i hope someone can help a skint lad,lol

What i need if possible is someone who will help me out in updating my forums from v4.0.0 to v4.0.2

I want to keep all my users,threads,posts,etc

I also have a theme awaiting installation for v4.0.2 which i need installing also

So if anyone feels generous today please post up
