Vbulletin Display Settings

Ok..The problem I have is trying to figure out how to change the overall display size of our vbulletin site to fit everyones monitor. We are using 27" wide screen monitors and it looks fine but when the site is viewed on a 19" monitor everything is shoved together..How can I change the overall display view?

Can we assume you're using the default style? Then the answer is to not put so much junk across your pages, like 20 menu items.
