Can you turn off the "not logged in" message?
 
I'm sure this is a newbie question, and I apologize in advance, but I haven't been able to find the solution anywhere.

I'd like to turn off the "notify_1" message entirely (by default, the yellow box with "If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ..."). I know I can change the message, but if I delete the entire phrase, a blank yellow box still shows.

Is there a way to toggle this box off (for specific pages, maybe)?

--> Admin Control Panel
--> Notices
--> Notices Manager
--> Next to "default_guest_message" un-tick Active Persistent Dismissible
