How to get my members to start posting?

Ok,

Now they're registering like crazy (from 100 to 200 members/day) but how do I get them post?

man... being an admin is not an easy job. You have to get people coming to ur site, stay on your site, register and than post....

If it's too hard, I think i'm gonna quit being a forum admin.
