Hello there RedHacker,

You should try doing this:
  1. First of all, sign into your Admin CP ..
  2. Then, go to "Styles & Templates >> Style Manager" ..
  3. After that, choose "Edit Templates" option from your defined vB Style drop-down menu ..
  4. Then, Expand the template groups and look for "FORUMHOME" template and edit it ..
  5. Once you enter the template, look for:
    Code:

    {vb:raw template_hook.forumhome_wgo_pos5}
  6. After it Add this AND DON'T forget to change the text in RED to suite your needs:
    Code:

    <div id="wgo_NEWTABLENAME" class="wgo_subblock">
                    <h3><img src="PATH_TO_YOUR_TABLE_ICON" alt="NEWTABLENAME" />NEWTABLENAME</h3>
                    <div>
                        <dl>
                            <dt>XXX</dt><dd>XXX</dd>
                            <dt>XXX</dt><dd>XXX</dd>
                        </dl>
                    </div>
                </div>

  7. "Save" the template ..
  • To see an example of the code, you can take a look at the ICON_LEGEND Code:
    Code:

    <div id="wgo_legend" class="wgo_subblock">
                    <h3><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_misc}/legend.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase icon_legend}" />{vb:rawphrase icon_legend}</h3>
                    <div>
                        <dl id="icon_legends" class="icon_legends">
                            <dt><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_statusicon}/forum_new-16.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase new_posts_forum}" /></dt><dd>{vb:rawphrase new_posts_forum}</dd>
                            <dt><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_statusicon}/forum_old-16.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase no_new_posts_forum}" /></dt><dd>{vb:rawphrase no_new_posts_forum}</dd>
                            <dt><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_statusicon}/category-16.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase category_forum}" /></dt><dd>{vb:rawphrase category_forum}</dd>
                            <dt><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_statusicon}/forum_link-16.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase link_forum}" /></dt><dd>{vb:rawphrase link_forum}</dd>
                        <vb:if condition="$vboptions['pt_hasprojectforums']">
                            <dt><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_statusicon}/project_new-16.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase project_forum}" /></dt><dd>{vb:rawphrase project_forum}</dd>
                        </vb:if>
                        </dl>
                    </div>
                </div>

That Should do the trick :) ..

How to work this....?

Please would be appreciated :p .!
Anyway, to do that you can follow one of these ways:
  1. First, download attached image (ff_icon.png) and upload it to your vB's style misc folder ..
  2. Then, sign into your Admin CP ..
  3. Next, go to "Styles & Templates >> Style Manager" ..
  4. After that, choose "Edit Templates" option from your defined vB Style drop-down menu ..
  5. Then, Expand the template groups and look for "FORUMHOME" template and edit it ..
  6. Once you enter the template, look for:
    Code:

    {vb:raw template_hook.forumhome_wgo_pos5}
  7. After it Add this:
    Code:

    <div id="wgo_getff" class="wgo_subblock">
                    <h3><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_misc}/ff_icon.png" alt="Get FireFox" />Get FireFox</h3>
                    <div align="center">
                            <a href="http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/?from=getfirefox" target="_blank"><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_misc}/firefox.gif" alt="Get FireFox" border="0" /></a>
                    </div>
                </div>

    The text in RED refers to (YOUR_vB_STYLE_IMAGES_FOLDER/misc/firefox.gif) where your image should be placed .!
  8. "Save" the template and go check out your forum !!
  1. First of all, sign into your Admin CP ..

BTW, the code you mentioned in your last post should be like this:
Code:

<center><a href="http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/?from=getfirefox" target="_blank"><img src="images/misc/firefox.gif" border="0" /></a></center>
NOT like this:
Code:

<center> <a href="http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/?from=getfirefox "target="_blank""><img src="images/misc/firefox.gif" border=0"></a></center>
I hope that this helps you out .!
