Updating

I currently have vBulletin Version 4.0.1 and I was upgrading to 4.0.2. I replaced all the files with the new ones and my forum looks really weird.

How do you upgrade?

Did you read the manual - http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade ? From your description, it doesn't sound like you ran the upgrade.php script.
