vb.org Archive - Cant install any Theme???

ok so i have finally successfully installed vb4 but now i want to customize it but no matter what theme i try i only get semi picture. i have followed the instructions on the themes and i still can only see sum images but not the whole theme. and im sure i have uploaded the files to the correct directory other wise the semi theme would have missing images but it does don't it has the default images mixed with the custom theme like this.
