Quicky reply in forums invisible-how to fix?

Here is how my quick reply options look like...as you can see the center align, left align and right align can't be seen because of the background of the icons is the same color as the options themselves. How do I fix this so all options are seen?

Specific instructions please as I am a newbie :)
