1- IF you have database error at the time of The largest amount of online vistors and your forum stop,there is important thing cause this stop ...it's google bot ! ! ! !

how this happen ? ? Google archives many of pages speedy and this cause huge load in the database and make it stop and all of this things happen at the best time of visiting the site :(

how to resolve this problem :D
open your account with google>Site configuration>Settings>Crawl rate> and Set custom crawl rate

make it less than it's speed ... and see after two days what happen !!! you will Like me :D ha ha

2- decrease search results from 500 to 250 and this will make good performance at the forum and every month do clean for your search table from Vb CPanel

3- make members only see the online vistors and stop the Statistics in online.php

4- stop the online vistors at the topics page

5- make only members search at your forum and stop search for visitors

6- Make page views Statistics happen every hour from Scheduled Tasks

7- make the back up happen at the time which have little online visitors
- there is a hourly clean and daily clean , make the back up happen at another time

8- delete the deleted topics from your database from your CP this will be Permanently delete from the database

9- Check the main forum email ..and see the messages that back again to the server and make load ... this messages come from private messages - Subscribed Threads - Visitor Messages ..etc

10- try to reduce the Subscribed Threads because this send a lot of messages to the visitors

11- use the hack that delete visitor messages every month

12- move profile pic from database and store them at files at your server .. also album pic

13- to have good appear in google results use HTML suggestions from google webmasters tools and delete the Duplicate threads.

14-it's important now for google that Your site load fast .. so remove the wrong images from members Signature

15-Make maintenance for the database from the VB CP every month


16- make robots.txt file to stop non important things in your site

17- stop members from sending messages to each others by emails from the forums

18-The most important thing now for Google, the subject and content quality preference to Visitor
