Need info for a link

If I wanted to make a link that will do the same thing as the "Find all posts " link does on the profile page how would I do that ? I'm trying to put new a link on the navbar ( have that part of it ) that does that.

Copying the shortcut doesn't do it, there is something with the user id that I'm missing. Thanks
