Am I missing something? (Access to modification forums)

I can't find a quick way to the basic modification forums from the main forum listing. I either have to use some convoluted way through searching or the site map to even find the vb4 mod forums. They don't display under the main "vBulletin 4 Discussion" listing OR via the "Community Discussions" and "Modifications Requests".

For some reason everything seems completely un-intuitive compared to when I last visited.

It must be a very long time since you last visited then, its been this way for a number of years.
