Submitting a form and having it create a topic.
 

Hello,

I run a gaming community, and quite often our appeals and reports section has users in it who don't follow a template we've outlined in a separate topic.

Is there such a mod in existence where instead of my users having to copy/paste the template and edit it, they could click "Post New Thread" and it comes up with a web form for them to fill out, which in turn posts a topic for them with the text they input?

Sure. Search "form*" in "all mods" "titles only". Or, you could search "stencil*" in "all mods" "titles only" for a different type.
