vb.org Archive - formatting buttons not lined up

i'm having issues where the formatting buttons on the quick edit are all on different lines.

ive looked at the code and compared to one that works normally, they are identical from the actual formatting buttons all the way up to

im guessing it has to be some type of css difference within the form they are in, thats the only code that is different.

attached are the pictures, any help would be appreciated.
