I am trying to hack my way through this and need a little help. On my old phpbb3 forum I created some templates so that the shoutbox I was using would be the only thing on the page. Then I used an iframe to embed it onto a page outside the forum.

I am trying to do that again with my new 4x vbulletin forum but am having a little bit of an issue and could use some help. The chatbox i am using has a misc.php?do=cchatbox call for a full sized version. I can pull that into an iframe and eliminate the footer but I am not sure how to remove the header/navbar area. Is there a way to accomplish this? Maybe someone has a better way of accomplishing this?
