Image folders?

<span style="text-decoration: line-through">What folders should I copy from the images directory of my forums to use as a base for a new skin?

For example, I've changed the stylevar of MyStyle to look for its images in styles/mystyle instead of the images folder. Before making any image or style edits, what folders would need to be in styles/mystyle in order for the style to look like the default with no broken images?</span>
