Dont show posts from a certain forum in "new posts"
 

Hey all,

I wish to remove the posts made in a certain forum from showing up in "New Posts"

Reason being that one of my forums is updated via RSS and i dont want those posts flooding the "new posts" feature.

Is there a mod for this or can it be as simple as adding "&exclude=xx" to the end of the new posts url?

If so where can i edit that url?

You will want your search to look something like this:

search.php?do=getdaily&exclude=22

Where 22 is the forum id you wish to exclude.

You can edit the "today's posts" link in the navbar template.
