Banner Placement

Right now I am using the Advertising option for placing banners at the top under the header and this option only allows it to be shown globally. I would like to to only have these banners shown in the forums only, no CMS, is this possible in the AdminCP advertising option?

If you wanted banners to shown in only the Forums would you have to have a mod made? Please forgive me if this is obvious as it is not to me! :o
