RSS Mod to turn off on selected Forums

Is their a hack that would allow the admin to turn off RSS on selected forums? If not, how would one go about doing this? It's terrible that vbulletin either forces you to RSS all forums or make them private. What happens when you offer a member board. It doesn't make sense that you can't control RSS on selected forums.
