would it be possible to have it so when i delete a thread as spam it auto ads the IP to the ban list?

I also wonder how usefull such a thing is. IP bans are hardly worth the effort these days, with people switching IP's easily.

Especially single IP's are hardly worth banning, unless you get a lot of issues from a single IP or if you want to block large subnets.

Here on vB.org we have, after many years of operation, just a small list of banned IP's.
