Header Homepage Tab
 

This hack will allow you to add a tab to your homepage in the header, or anyother page/custom page, be that enternal or external. It can match the homapage tab that it is by default in footer so that there will be a matching pair.

Yes, at the moment it adds only one tab. I placed it there cos that is where the hompage button usually goes. Like for ex at the the vbuleltin.com or liek this forum here.

This is an awful lot like the mod I made sometime ago but I aint tripping.

What mod would that be? I just coded this for personal use and submitted here as well. You can check out my code if you want to compare it with your own mod.

Different people different tastes. Each of those hacks have their own style and users can choose to use which ever they want. If you don''t want to use this hack, then don''t. Maybe other people will use it.

I'm responding to the first two posts cited above. The two add-ons I referenced already do what the posters are requesting.

If you want to waste your time reinventing the wheel, go for it. Just trying to point out that the features already exist.
