vbcms_content_list move

I don't want a separate 'home' page (content.php) and a separate 'view all' page (list.php?section/1-Home), because I only have one category. So Id like to move the navigation that is in the template (vbcms_content_list) to the bottom of the main content page. Im not sure how to call templates though...

Can anyone help?
