Private Message Recipient Promp

After I installed 4.0.1, I no longer get the drop down username prompt after entering the first few letters of a recipient name in a private message. was this taken out with this version or do I have a setting turned off?

This is a bug^^

I hope it's fixed in vB 4.0.2
