Need help to fix problem after upgrading to 4.0.1

Hello every one i need help i got this problem after upgrading my site to 4.0.1 and the problem is that unregister user cant see my home CMS its shows them vbulltien message that

You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:



I set permision for unregister user on CAN READ of CMS and its still giving this problem plz help me to fix this thanks

Assuming you have all your permissions set correctly (not a small task), try clearing your CMS cache.

Thanks accutly my sections were not published thats why i got this error and yeha its gone after section and CMS cacge clear thanks for help
