Usergroups - Stupid Question

Hey Guys!

Just wondering how can I make it people can request to join a usergroup, but you have to accept or reject them?

I can only find the public usergroup settings where they just join automaticly.

But I wanna be able able to accept them.

You will only need to assign a groupleader to the group. Once a public joinable usergroup has a group leader(s) he/they need to accept all join requests.
