Assetmanager
 

Hello,

I upgraded the forum from 3.8.4 to Suite 4.01. For reasons of better safe than sorry and time, I renamed the old install and uploaded the new files. I used that method before and it always worked smoothly. But now, there's that new assetmanager and magic is done during the upgrade to convert/insert content from the attach and picture directories. Those directories were not copied over yet.

I already opened a ticket and the only standard way is to restore the backup and upgrade again. This is no option really, as the forum already got new posts since the upgrade, new threads, new PM's etc. There are also years worth of attachments and pictures though.

Is there a custom script to scan the attachment and picture dirs and build the table again or some other way to get this fixed? Even just restoring the attachment table from backup and adjusting the upgrade script to work just on that would be doable.
