2 things annoying the BLEEP out of me
 

installed a style that gave me to log in blocks months ago, as of yet i've had no response from the designer on how to get rid of the one that came with the stlye.

I installed VBadvanced the weekend and the text all over the site has gotten smaller, it's mainly the ones on the small navbar that are doing my nut in.

Please help

If you can't get the style designer to help, then you could just uninstall the style if you can't fix it yourself.

The vBadvanced issue is something you should post about on their site.

I've asked the designer and others in the thread for any clues over the past few months and i've been talking to a brick wall

If i reinstalled the style how much data would i lose ?

You do not lose information in your forum when you install or uninstall styles. You lose the style templates stored in the database, but that is the only data you lose.
