limit access by posts, warnings. and etc..
 

Hi,
I'm looking for a modification that will prevent users to access to some forums if they aren't meet the requirements.
something like this:
at least X posts
less than X warnings
and etc..

I'm pretty sure that this modification already exists but i didn't find it anywhere.

Please let me know if this modification is exists (and give me a url if you can).
