Is it posiible 2 copy vbullitin-settings ?

I am building a new site, and i need to know if it is possible 2 copy vbullitin-settings from one site via a xml-fil to my new site?

Please let me know ;)

There is no default vbulletin method where you may export your settings from one site and import them to another. I have not heard of any mod to do this either.
