Combat Auto Posters?

I'm having troubles with people using Auto Posting Apps. They register at the site, and then start auto posting. Usually in the wrong threads, and placing ads.

Is there a way to combat users using these applications? Apparently there is an autoposting app already configured with my site added to the list (among several others).

Any ideas?
