Template edit to make sections expanded in CMS on default

What kind of a template edit do I need to do to make the sections in the widget expanded by default, and not use the + buttons to do it?

I don't think it is a template edit, I think you need to look into the javascript in
clientscript/yui/treeview/treeview-min.js

Thanks for the reply Lynne. Sadly I'm terrible at Javascript, so I have no way of knowing even what I'm looking at haha. Oh well, thanks for trying!
