Limiting a member?
 

Is it possible to moderate a members posts until they reach a certain amount of posts?

For example..............................

A member joins & is in the Registered Users group

when they post, an admin has to review the posts then allow it or disallow it til their post count reaches a certain number ?

Sure, just use Usergroup Promotions to move them into a new usergroup that isn't moderated after they hit x posts.

i thought about using usergroup promotions, but whenever i alter the settings for "Registered Member" it just makes a "Custom group"

It doesnt really EDIT the group.

That sounds like an issue with suhosin.

how do i "Resolve" this subhosin?

There are threads over on vb.com about this exact issue - I think it is even in the bug tracker. Go search out the threads because the fix is posted over there.

ive just searched & found that i need to upload a php.ini file to my root
