Redirect template

I'd like to change the re-direct template, but I can't find it for the life of me!! Does anyone know where it is, or what it is called?

There may be different ones. Try this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Now go do the action that ends in a redirect and grab the page source for the redirect page. The template name with be in the page source.
