Make a locked FORUM

Hello,

How can we make a locked FORUM please? I mean those with the locked forum icon on board index?

You need to go into your admincp >> Usergroups >> under "Forum Viewing Permissions" or "Post / Thread Permissions" is where you lock the forum ...

admincp -> forum listing display options -> Show Lock Icons to Users
