Profile Fields Option - Images in UserCP

Does anybody know of a MOD that allows images to be put in the Options for the Profile Fields? Similar to ranks and User Titles?

I know how to get them to show up as images in the posbit, but I would like them as images in the UserCP

I don't think I've ever seen a MOD like that on here..
