online.php does not render properly

love the software, i have a new vb4 forum install, and everything else seems to work fine but the who's online page doesn't render correctly...

it's not showing any errors or anything, although it stops rendering the page somewhere in the middle of building the navigation menu in the header. i'm hoping somebody has an obvious solution that escapes me!

Take a screen or give test account. Only logged in users can view that.
