Preventing members from posting links
 

I have 2 separate Registered User...usergroups.

The first one is promoted to the 2nd one after they have 5 posts. The only handicaps from the first usergroup is that members cant have a signature & cant PM members either.

I'm trying to figure out how to ALSO have it so that the members in my first usergroup CANNOT post links to other sites either.

Can someone please help me out... I see other sites are able to do this through Notice Manager but I cant figure out how. (ex. on GFY.com , if you try to post a link as a noob...you'll get a notice saying you cannot post any links until you have atleast 30 posts..the notice shows up just as your pressing the Submit button)

I'm almost to the point of willing to pay for someone to help me out here... I'm sooo friggin fedup with people registering just to post links to other sites....

(and please dont recommend to turn the Moderate New Members function on... nobody uses that...and it chases new members away instantly )
