Well after a 14 hour day trying to get this thing online its finally there , hopefully we wont find many bugs and i know it is really only a colour change but this is practically the same type of look we had on 3.8 which was before VB4's default style even excited lol Although this one does look nice a new :)

Comments and reviews most welcome , i look forward to seeing what people say we could improve on.

haha yeah i agree its bright, What do you think we could do to make it more friendly on the eyes ? I want to maintain the sky blue look as its the site colours. I understand that the site may look different and a bit brighter to those with low screen resolutions , im currently seeing it on 1600 x 900 so i wouldnt mind some screen shots if you see problems with other resolutions

I'd darken the sky blue ever so slightly by two maybe three shades. My monitors are calibrated for printing photographs so it maybe slightly brighter for me than a normal user.

The dark colored footer area out on forum home looks out of place, everything is really bright around it, then thats dark and personally a distraction to my eyes that just kinda got stuck there.

Yes it is quite bright! lol I actually have my screen tinted like a T.V would be and it still kinda hurt ahah

The endless scroll kinda threw me off also..but it doesn't kill the design or anything.

I have now toned it down to a darker blue and i actually really like it lol, what do you think now ? is it better for you ? you can see what colour it used to be by the background of the adsense advert.

Thanks Jonathan , Im actually in the process of changing the navbar slightly to make it more user friendly and VB3 ish , but im happy how everything has gone so far
