upgrading

I am upgrading right now and here is the link to my forum.

When I try this link

http://canadian-freebies-n-stuff.com/upgrade.php it shows me that it's not found.. help please..

That is not a valid url domian/upgrade.php Correct root is domain.com/install/upgrade.php

OR

Make sure not to upload install.php file
