Change how user is display in thread

Inside a thread the user info and avatar are on the rightside this is default setting on vB 4.0. Im hoping someone can tell me how to move that to the top above the post and change the avatar size. Thank you

Should be a changable option in your admincp. Go to admincp>vboptions>Style & Language settings and change the "Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template" question to no.
