Need Help Getting Vb Ad Managment

I have installed Vb ad management but I get some funny looking code that shows up as the buttons in admincp. I have attatched a screenshot of my problem. Please Help. Thanks

I got the answer to this. I just needed to install the languages xml file as a product under admincp. Thanks anyays.
