Leftover/Empty ACP "Setting Group"
 

I have an empty (blank) entry in the list of "Setting Groups" in the Admin CP (Settings->Options->Setting Group)

I'm sure it's leftover from an old mod/hack from 3.x - one of the old integrated e-mail mods, perhaps - as the result of a poorly coded uninstall routine.

I thought that these were added (to ACP/Settings/Options/Setting Groups) when adding mod files to the INCLUDES/XML folder, but don't see any files that appear to be from an old mod.

A screen shot of the settings (you'll notice the text labels are all gone) is attached.

Any idea how I remove this blank entry from the Setting Groups?
