Some Template help
 
Well with the new upgrade trying to setup my template to match my old site before I migrate the database.

Having issues finding a couple of things.

Having issues finding where the colour specs are for:
1. Welcome word
2. Create new article panel that appears on top right when loged in as admin, want to chage from blue to brown.
